(Being One With God)
What do we mean to be one with God or Source? Well let's take a look, shall we?
In Christian Theology we know that God is within us aka the Holy Spirit. Or as some say source. To become one with God, is to not just physically, mentally & emotionally. But also, spiritually. As we explore ourselves spiritually, we come to know our higher self, which would be our spirits.
Who we truly are on the inside. As our Physical Bodies are not who we truly are, and they do not define us. Our spirits do.
What is it like to live as a spirit? Well, you are always guided 24/7 by a divine spirit. And that spirit is within you. That spirit can also be considered a ("Spirit Guide").
That spirit is: The Holy Spirit. Or as some say God, Source, Higher Power etc. However, God is everything, and when I mean everything. God is Jesus & The Holy Spirit is (Gods Spirit). So, when we say we have the Holy Spirit within us, we also mean Gods Spirit is within us as well.
So, when we say let the Holy Spirit enter us, we invite God or the divine source of power & The Creator of the Universe into us spiritually. As God transcends the Physical limitations of reality. God transcends Time & Space. God transcends everything... Yet at the same exact time he is within us. And not just within us, but everywhere we go.
A quote I love to live by and say is: ("I fear no spirit, nor man.
Except he who created me.") I fear no Evil, as I know God is within me. Why fear when Gods power is within you.
Now you might say here Gods Power? Well let's look at what we know: •God is Everything. •Jesus is God. •The Holy Spirit is God (Gods Spirit). The Holy Spirit "Gives" us spiritual Gifts or abilities aka psychic Abilities. Such as: Prophecy, High Empathy, Giving, Forgiveness, Wisdom, Patience, Spiritual Eyes, and Spiritual Discernment.
I myself have the Gifts of: Spiritual Eyes, Spiritual Discernment, High Empathy, Knowledge & Healing. Now as we know The Holy Spirit is Gods Spirit, and the Spirit dwells within us. We can also say that not only God, but Gods power is within us as well.
As God or source has given us this power & Abilities. As I would not be able to discern the world around me spiritually if God had not given me this Ability or Power.
Let's take a closer look at the trinity: • The Trinity: The Christian understanding of God as Father, Son (Jesus, and Holy Spirit is also relevant. These are not three separate Gods, but three co-equal and co-eternal persons within one divine being.
Jesus, as the Son of God, is understood to be one with God the Father, and therefore, God's chosen instrument of salvation. (Key Words:) • One Divine Being • One with God If the Holy Spirit is within us. We are One with the Holy Spirit or in other words, one with God. And Gods power dwells within us.
